Painting Team Member
Full Time • Arlington
Looking to get in on the ground floor to learn the job work your way up? Like working in a team? This might just be the role for you!
Major projects include interior kitchen cabinet refinishing and exterior painting. This is a growing franchise business with growth potential for motivated candidates.
Full-time positions available starting:
Looking to staff up a new crew for full-time or near full-time work
Daytime (potential for some projects to drag beyond an 8-hour day)
Hourly rate: $15 to $18 (potential for goal-based bonuses)
Service Area: Southern DFW Metroplex
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Mask off areas so paint application is precise
- Prepare surfaces for spraying (sanding, cleaning, etc.)
- Maintain professional level of customer service
- Clean equipment as instructed
- Learn about the Spray-Net processes and products
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Language: English
- On the job training will be provided, no prior experience required
- Must be able to travel to and from jobsites
- Pride in your work and attention to detail
- A team player
- Organized
- Enjoy making customers happy
- Not afraid of heights
- Ability to lift and move ladders

Compensation: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
